To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we have closed our doors on our hotels, restaurants & co-working spaces for the foreseeable future.
This is a measure to safeguard both our team & our guests during this unprecedented time.
We will be working with the local council & NHS to see how our properties can be used to support key workers, emergency services & care staff.
We’ve supremely grateful for the support from both our team & community. We would like to thank you all for the calm and focussed way everyone has responded to the unprecedented situation.

Our Cancellation Policy:
In response to changing marketplace conditions, Quarter is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.
For all hotels including The Clifton Hotel, The Rodney Hotel, The Berkeley Square Hotel and The Washington Hotel and The Berkeley Suites, we are implementing the following policies:
- For non-refundable rates that demand prepayment upon booking with both existing reservations for any future arrival date and new reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival with a refund of prepayment.
- For best flexible rates with both existing reservations for any future arrival date and new reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
- For reservations booked into a pre-existing group block or new reservation for any future group booking please contact our reservations team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Guests who booked via third-party travel agents, we advise contacting their booking provider for information on their policies.
Our commitment to Health and Hygiene:
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the Coronavirus we are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in consultation with global and local public health authorities (WHO, Government and NHS). Specific steps Quarter is taking include:
Hand Hygiene: Frequent and proper handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. This is vital for both employees and guests.
Public Spaces: Hotels and Suites have increased the frequency of cleaning and supplies such as soap and tissues to be available.
Hotel Rooms: As always, all have complimentary soap and tissues, frequency of cleaning with antibacterial cleaning products has increased.
Social Distancing: Given the most recent update we are encouraging social distancing and rooms are now being allocated away from each other.
