Price Match Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
We are committed to offering you the best value for your stay. If you find a lower rate for the same room and booking conditions on a third-party website, we will match it – including exclusive rates for Genius (Booking.com) or Expedia Members.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
The rate must be publicly available and bookable online at the time of verification or the guest must have access to the rate via genius or expedia members.
The rate must be for the same hotel, room type, occupancy, stay dates, cancellation policy, and inclusions (e.g., breakfast, dinner, VAT - some site online exclude this up until check-out page).
The rate must be in the same currency.
2. Evidence Required
Guests must provide clear evidence of the lower rate. This can include:
A direct link (URL) to the third-party website showing the lower rate.
A screenshot displaying the rate, date, room type, and booking conditions.
The evidence must be submitted at the time of booking - as rates change daily.
3. Qualifying Rates
We will price match against:
Standard OTA rates (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.)
Member-only rates, such as:
Genius rates on Booking.com (for all levels)
Expedia Member Rates
Provided the rate is bookable by the guest at the time of claim.
4. Exclusions
We will not match:
Package or bundle rates (e.g., flight + hotel)
Corporate, group, negotiated, or loyalty program discounts not available to the general public
5. Claim Process
To request a price match, contact our team directly via phone or email.
Provide all supporting evidence as outlined above.
Once verified, we will adjust your booking to match the lower rate or offer a refund of the difference if already paid.
6. Other Conditions
We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be independently verified.
All decisions are at the discretion of hotel management and are final.
