Berkeley Square Manager nominated for Night At The Stars
We are very excited to share that Lucy Pitman, manager of The Berkeley Square Hotel, has been named as a finalist in the 'Community Spirit' category in the Night of the Stars awards, run by the Bristol Hoteliers Association!
Lucy embodies the Quarter values of working together to provide the best guest experience for visitors to Bristol. She’s also the very enthusiastic chair of the Quarter Charity Committee which aims to raise money for local Bristol charities as part of Quarter’s commitment to the local community.
Lucy is always thinking of new ways to improve the guest experience at the Berkeley Square Hotel and has taken the lead on many projects with marketing and procurement over the last 12 months. As the chair of the charity committee, Lucy has breathed new life into Quarter’s outreach and organised a number of events, such as a Bristol Bridges Walk, raising over £700 in just six months!
When discussing the fantastic nomination, Lucy said 'I am very excited to have been nominated for the Community Spirit award. I have really enjoyed getting the charity committee up and running again and I can't wait to see how much we can raise this year for charity!'
Congratulations Lucy, thank you for all of your fantastic work!
