Our hotels boast fantastic facilities for meetings and conferences
Our hotels are incredibly popular for meetings and conferences in Bristol as all four hotels have event spaces either within the building itself or within close proximity. Our meeting rooms and conference spaces are located in the Clifton area of Bristol and suit a range of event types. We also offer discounted hotel rooms for conference organisers and guests, so you can accommodate your delegates for less! Get in touch if you'd like to hire any of our meeting rooms for your Bristol event.

Square Works, part of the Square Club and The Berkeley Square Hotel, offers meeting rooms and hot-desking facilities at a special subsidised rate for all hotel guests. Meetings and conference rooms can be booked out on a daily or half-daily basis, with easy pricing options available. Meeting and conference rooms are available to both members and non-members. Each meeting room has frosted glass for privacy and comes with complimentary hot drinks and biscuits. You can also have food delivered to you from The Square Club through our new app, should you wish to cater for your guests.
No.4 Clifton Village in The Rodney Hotel, offers a welcome change to a large, impersonal conference room. Being only a stones’ throw away from the Suspension Bridge, No.4 never fails to impress both local visitors and those from further afield. Both available rooms are flexible to accommodate individual requirements.
Racks Bar & Kitchen underneath The Clifton Hotel, is home to the Engine Room, which is the perfect break out space situated in the old wine cellars. It is the ideal spot for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, interviews, and private screenings. The Playroom is also available for private hire, for a larger scale event with a difference.
